Went in and warmed up for 3 min on stair machine thing ( scary machine). Then series of arm, chest, ab , and booty workouts for 30-35 min. From there took a dip in pool and swam a total of 14 laps (raced with husband lol) then quick rinse off and out the door 5 min after closing&amp;#8230;.whew! My goal of getting to 130 is still in effect, I&amp;#8217;ve been maintaining 143-145 for a while now. But I&amp;#8217;m not discouraged ( most days ).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Still exercising ( though not as often as I did or should) my motivation is slowly picking up again. With the job and moving I wobbled on my path but I&amp;#8217;m getting my balance again :)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;m just glad I haven&amp;#8217;t gained a lot. Sometimes I have that fear that I&amp;#8217;ll wake up and all my hard work is gone because I&amp;#8217;ve slowed down.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Food wise, not all great choices, but again gaining balance of it all. Thinking maybe keeping you all updated will keep me accountable for doing my routine and eating right.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;My arms are sore, back..sore, legs..sore.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This has been my wirkout for the past 2 weeks&amp;#8230;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If all goes well I get a break when I go to work, whichnow seems much less exhausting. Also might sneak a hike in somewhere :D&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Eating is hit or miss. Christmas was sweets and tamales&amp;#8230;i can&amp;#8217;t say no to tamales on Christmas. I wish I could report that I have made amazing progress or something.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But truth is I haven&amp;#8217;t weighed myself in over a month. My pant size is between 6 and 8. My shirts are between xs and s. I feel like there isn&amp;#8217;t much to change. I would still like to lose the last the couple pounds, but I wouldn&amp;#8217;t be depressed if I couldn&amp;#8217;t.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The biggest issue now, loose skin. I hate it, but I live with it. Slowly it shrinks, but can take years before I&amp;#8217;ll know what is staying and what will go away.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So for now I keep on with my exercise and eating healthy (on most days) :)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;So I will report how that turns out.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Went running this morning and will will be doing strength training after work.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Yesterday we helped my parents pack and move stuff. Husband did more of the lifting but I did some sorting, packing, wrapping and light lifting. So we counted it. Husband was a trooper :)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Eating wise, going good. Saturday we indulged a bit, pizza (pruscutto and arugala) and ice cream. The ice cream is a perk from work :D&lt;/p&gt;

One hour of shoulder, chest, back, butt, thigh and abs :D&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Then a few minutes of cardio to get that last bit of energy out&amp;#8230;then a wonderful shower, followed by a warm bed.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Woke up later than expected so today&amp;#8217;s run will be after work. Late night run, but I&amp;#8217;m off the next day so don&amp;#8217;t mind.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Eating wise, doing pretty good. Hot chocolate is the current weakness, tea is taking over though :)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;m so ready for turkey, stuffing and pie&amp;#8230;.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Today we did an hour of strength. Chest, biceps, triceps and abs. Yesterday was run day same as tomorrow if weather and time permit.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;yesterday was also movie night, watched cloud atlas&amp;#8230;was a good movie, thinking of reading book..which in retrospect should have done first.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Feeling good, eating back on track&amp;#8230;candy was so tempting in October. Now have to keep calm during Christmas..already seeing the huge tubs of popcorn&amp;#8230;caramel popcorn Mmm&amp;#8230;sorry&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Oh and the guy grabbed me a small harness&amp;#8230;a small. The last time I was there he handed me a large.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I still felt huge compared to the other women that were there but meh&amp;#8230;I had a good time and this was only my second time trying it out. I completed some courses that were almost impossible for me last time. Just have to work on endurance, strength is there though :)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;So late in posting, but I finally got it! First pic was October 2010 two months before husband and I got married. Second pic was taken this year, two months before our 2 year anniversary. Lots of changes.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I would have never worn this costume, my confidence before was non existent when it came to clothing and dressing up in costumes. I rocked my costume this year and felt great!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;125 lbs gone, 10 lbs to go for my goal. But if I don’t get there I’m pretty content with my image and confidence now :)&lt;/p&gt;
