Today’s intake, tomorrows agenda…night all!

Intake for August 1st:

Breakfast: 1/2 cup skim milk, toast, pb, egg

Lunch: crab salad- imitation crab, corn, tomato, mixed greens, toast

Snack: watermelon

Dinner: 1 or 1/2 cup pasta ( I didn’t get to measure) w/ grilled chicken and veggies

Snack: cheese w/ 2 wasa crackers and about 1/2 cup watermelon :)

Did workout later today but got it done!

Tomorrows agenda:

Work from 7 to 3 (breakfast and lunch in there somewhere)

Home from 3 to 540 (snack in there)

Work from 615 to 930 (another snack when I get home)

Late workout…busy day. But looking forward to it and tomorrow is yoga so should be a bit relaxing :)

Didnt forget about pictures. Will have husband post in the morning.
