Intake for today

Breakfast: 1 cup soy milk, toast, pb, egg

Snack: watermelon

Lunch: About 2 to 3 oz grilled chicken on toast w/ mixed greens, tomato, onion, little bit of mustard. And chobani (banana, honey flavor)

Snack: 1/2 grapefruit

Dinner: Crab salad- imitation crab, corn, tomato, jalapenos, mixed greens, and piece of toast

Workout was plyometrics (1 hour of cardio- lunges, squats, jumps, etc)

Was a pretty good day. Will most likely have a another snack since calorie wise I’m under and well if I’m hungry…I eat, cause..I like food :)
